Package Shipping

Orders placed before 16:00 (peninsular time, Spain), and subject to stock availability, will be processed the same day. Orders placed later will be processed the next day.

The processing and shipping of orders will not exceed 48 hours following receipt of payment.

In case of out of stock, the order will be sent as complete as possible and the customer will be informed via email.

If due to reasons beyond Hydroponics Blanes a product cannot be supplied (discontinued, delisted, or supplier delay), the customer will be informed by email to manage the refund of the corresponding amount.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs include handling, packaging, and transportation. Handling costs are fixed, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping items in a single order.

We are not responsible for damages caused during transportation, although we always protect fragile items.

We work with Correo Express, RDA Ramoneda, and TIPSA.

Shipping Cost

The cost depends on the destination. In the shopping cart, the amount appears according to the shipping details: city, postal code, and province. There are different rates for Girona, Catalonia, Peninsula, and Baleares.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders over 40€ within Spain (except Baleares) and up to a maximum of 25 kg. From that weight, transportation costs will apply.

Orders under 40€ will have a variable shipping cost depending on weight and destination. These will be clearly displayed in the cart and when confirming the order.

Exchanges and Returns

To make an exchange or return, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, it will not be possible.

The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, with its packaging and instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of our error or factory defect.

We recommend using certified mail to ensure traceability. Hydroponics Blanes is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments in the return.

Once the return is approved:

  • If it is an exchange, the new product will be sent.
  • If it is a return, a purchase voucher will be issued for the amount minus a handling and transportation percentage.

No returns are accepted for: seeds, liquids (fertilizers, manures, nutrients), or paraphernalia items.

The handling of seeds is the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
