It is always important to take into account the pH and Ec levels of the water with which you will later water your plants. And incorrect application could cause a nutritional imbalance in the plants, affecting their health and development.
If you want to achieve exact measurements in pH levels, you will have to calibrate the pH meters periodically. Check the water temperature carefully and make sure on the packet chart that the pH level is the correct one.
You will have to check what type of meter you use in the meter's instructions; in some, pH4 is necessary, in others pH7, and in other cases both. Make sure the meter shows the number 4; otherwise, you will have to calibrate it.
pH calibration liquids are single-use; once used, they must be discarded.
